Photography Services and Booking

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to photographer availability and receipt of a signed contract. A reservation fee is required to secure your date and time. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of both the signed contract and the reservation fee.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change without notice. The final price for your photography services will be outlined in your contract. Unless otherwise specified, prices are listed in GBP.

Payment schedules will be detailed in your contract. Typically, a non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of the event as specified in your contract.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made in writing. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability and may incur additional fees. Please refer to your contract for specific rescheduling terms.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are detailed in your contract. In most cases, the reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in liability for the full service amount as we may be unable to book another client for that date.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All photographs created by Steady Willow Field are protected by copyright law. The photographer retains copyright to all images created.

When you purchase prints or digital images, you are purchasing the right to use and reproduce those specific images for personal use. Commercial use of any images requires additional licensing, which may incur additional fees.

Unless specified in writing, Steady Willow Field reserves the right to use any photographs created during the course of providing services for portfolio, advertising, display, website, and social media purposes.

Clients and third parties are prohibited from copying, scanning, reproducing, or altering digital or physical photographs without the written permission of Steady Willow Field.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure the highest standard of service, Steady Willow Field cannot be held liable for any of the following:

• Circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations (such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure)

• Compromised photography due to restrictions at locations, poor lighting, or interference from others
• Color variations between online previews and final prints due to differences in computer monitors, printing processes, or paper types

Model Release

Unless specified in writing, you grant Steady Willow Field permission to use photographs of you and your guests for portfolio, competition, advertising, and other commercial purposes. If you wish to restrict the use of your images, this must be agreed upon in writing before the photography session takes place.
